Users are invited to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions before using the websites www.verdeoccasioni.it and www.vendiverde.it, as well as the services offered through them. By accessing and using the websites and related services, the User fully accepts the terms and conditions set out in this document.

1. General Information
Verdeoccasioni Società a Responsabilità Limitata Semplificata, with registered office in Fossano (CN), Via Roma 5, Italy – VAT/Tax Code 04165490048 (hereinafter referred to as "Verdeoccasioni"), through its web platforms, Subito.it, Facebook Marketplace, and VerdeOccasioni.it, provides a service for the sale of used agricultural equipment and machinery (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
2. Ownership of the Platform
Verdeoccasioni is the sole owner of the web platform verdeoccasioni.it, through which the Service is managed, as well as all rights connected with and resulting from the use and exploitation of the platform itself.
3. Applicability of the Conditions
By visiting VerdeOccasioni.it and/or purchasing products through the website, the User/Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Conditions").
These Conditions govern the use of the Website, the services offered therein, and each individual sale of used agricultural equipment and machinery carried out by Verdeoccasioni. They apply to all Users/Buyers of the Website.
4. Subject Matter of the Sales Contract
For all details relating to the subject matter of the sale, Users should refer to the technical product sheet and photographs of the selected item available during the purchase process.
To avoid future disputes, Users are advised to carefully read the product description and review all photographs attached to the listing.
5. Price and Payment Methods
The purchase price displayed at checkout includes all costs applicable within Italy, including shipping charges.
The Buyer shall pay the full purchase price at the time the order is placed.
The Buyer may also choose cash on delivery (COD), where available, during the purchase process.
6. Delivery and Transport
Once the order has been confirmed, the Buyer will receive a summary email containing the order details and the estimated delivery date, which will occur within 30 days from completion of the order.
Verdeoccasioni does not guarantee compliance with the above delivery timeframe, which may be subject to changes due to force majeure events.
The Buyer may alternatively collect the purchased product directly from Verdeoccasioni's operational premises, selecting this option during checkout.
7. Warranties: Limitations, Exclusions, and Duration
The warranty regime applicable to products sold by Verdeoccasioni differs depending on whether the purchaser qualifies as a consumer or a professional.
If the User purchases as a consumer, the User benefits from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity for all used goods sold, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code).
The Legal Warranty covers defects of conformity of the product with respect to the sales contract. By way of example only, malfunctions resulting from improper use of the product are excluded from warranty coverage.
The Buyer expressly accepts that the duration of the Legal Warranty is limited to twelve (12) months from the delivery date.
Without extending the scope of the statutory warranty, where applicable, the User shall be entitled to have the product restored to conformity free of charge through repair or replacement.
Verdeoccasioni reserves the right to appoint third-party professionals to perform repairs where necessary.
Only if repair or replacement is impossible will the Buyer be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the purchase contract.
Verdeoccasioni shall be liable for conformity defects that become apparent within one year from delivery of the product, provided that the defect is reported within two months of discovery.
Should the Buyer detect a conformity defect during the warranty period, the Buyer must contact customer support through the website’s "Contact Us" section, by email, or by telephone using the contact details provided on the website.
Any liability for non-substantial differences between purchased goods and their illustrative images or textual descriptions published on Verdeoccasioni.it is expressly excluded.
For Professional Buyers, all warranties for apparent or hidden defects under both Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Articles 1490 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code are expressly excluded.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Refund
Subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law, Consumer Users have the right to withdraw from distance purchases without charge and without providing any reason within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the purchased product (or the last product in the case of multiple deliveries).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer Buyer must send an explicit withdrawal notice by registered mail with return receipt or by certified email (PEC) to:
The withdrawal shall only be deemed valid if sent within fourteen (14) days from delivery of the product.
The purchased equipment or agricultural machinery must be returned within ten (10) days from the withdrawal request, at the Buyer’s expense, to Verdeoccasioni’s operational premises.
Return shipping costs shall be borne entirely by the Consumer Buyer.
The effectiveness of the withdrawal is subject to the return of the product in the same condition as sold and in any event in a condition that does not impair its use.
Verdeoccasioni therefore reserves the right to inspect the returned equipment or machinery.
Provided all the above conditions are met, Verdeoccasioni shall issue a full refund within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for Professional Buyers.
9. Personal Data Processing
Regarding the processing of personal data connected with the sale of used equipment, Verdeoccasioni acts as the Data Controller.
Verdeoccasioni shall process such data solely for purposes directly related and instrumental to the sale of equipment.
Any personal data provided or collected through operations carried out by the User/Buyer shall be processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, and subsequent amendments.
10. Jurisdiction, Applicable Law and Competent Court
Relationships between Verdeoccasioni and Users shall be governed by Italian law and subject to Italian jurisdiction.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions, any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or execution of these General Terms and Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Cuneo, Italy.
11. Amendments to these General Terms and Conditions
Verdeoccasioni may, at any time and unilaterally, amend these General Terms and Conditions by publishing updates on its website.
Any additions and/or modifications made by the User shall be considered null and void unless expressly approved in writing by Verdeoccasioni.

Verdeoccasioni Società a Responsabilità Limitata Semplificata, with registered office in Fossano (CN), Via Roma 5, Italy – Tax Code 04165490048 (hereinafter referred to as "Verdeoccasioni"), through the website Vendiverde.it and/or Verdeoccasioni.it/vendi, provides Users with a free valuation service for agricultural equipment and machinery, aimed at a potential purchase by Vendiverde (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
2. Ownership of the Platform
Verdeoccasioni is the sole owner of the web platform through which the Service is provided, together with all related intellectual property rights.
3. Applicability of the Conditions
Use of the Service is only permitted to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older.
Users may use the services offered by Verdeoccasioni exclusively for personal purposes.
Users are expressly prohibited from abusing the services provided by Verdeoccasioni, including creating private databases by collecting and storing valuation data for commercial purposes or any other purpose unrelated to the intended use of the Service.
Verdeoccasioni shall not be liable to Users or third parties for any misuse of data or valuations obtained through the Service.
The User grants Verdeoccasioni, free of charge, the right to use online and offline, without territorial or time limitations, all content submitted through the website, including product details and photographs.
4. Terms of Use of the Service
For all details concerning products offered for sale, Users should refer to the technical information and photographs provided on the Website.
5. Valuation Service
By entering equipment or machinery information into the dedicated section of the Website, the User will receive a free valuation via the email address provided.
The valuation represents only an estimated, non-binding, and purely indicative assessment of the potential selling price of the product and may change following further inspections and verification.
The valuation shall not be considered a binding offer, contractual proposal, or public promise pursuant to Articles 1336 and 1989 of the Italian Civil Code.
Accessing the Service does not obligate the User to sell the product nor obligate Verdeoccasioni to purchase it or pay the amount indicated in the valuation.
To ensure an accurate valuation, Verdeoccasioni may request additional documents, photographs, further information about the product, or an in-person inspection by appointment.
The User grants Verdeoccasioni a non-exclusive, free, worldwide, and perpetual right to use all information and photographs submitted for valuation purposes.
6. Sales Proposal and Completion of the Sale
If the User considers the valuation satisfactory and wishes to sell the equipment or machinery, the User shall notify Verdeoccasioni by replying to the valuation email.
Such communication shall constitute a binding offer to sell from the User (hereinafter "Seller"), which Verdeoccasioni may freely accept or reject.
If Verdeoccasioni (hereinafter "Buyer") accepts the offer, it shall send the Seller a purchase agreement for signature, together with a copy of these General Terms and Conditions.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping shall be arranged through couriers appointed by Verdeoccasioni.
Shipping and delivery details shall be specified in the purchase agreement sent to the Seller.
Verdeoccasioni reserves the right to personally collect the purchased equipment or machinery, by prior appointment with the Seller.
8. Price and Payment Terms
The agreed purchase price shall be paid according to the conditions specified in the signed purchase agreement, by bank transfer or cash payment where collection takes place at the Seller's premises.
A deposit may also be agreed upon, with the balance being paid upon delivery of the equipment.
9. Seller Liability, Warranties and Disclaimer
The Seller guarantees ownership and availability of the product offered for sale and confirms that it is free from liens, encumbrances, or third-party claims.
The Seller further guarantees that the equipment or machinery corresponds exactly to the description provided and does not suffer from declared or undeclared defects, whether apparent or hidden, which could reduce its commercial value or require repairs or additional expenses.
The Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Verdeoccasioni against any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from inaccurate descriptions, altered product conditions, undisclosed defects, or discrepancies.
Notwithstanding Article 1495, paragraph 1, of the Italian Civil Code, Verdeoccasioni may report any defect or non-conformity within ninety (90) days of its discovery.
The Seller also agrees to indemnify Verdeoccasioni against all claims relating to the origin of the product, third-party ownership claims, and any tax consequences resulting from false declarations.
10. Express Termination Clause
The purchase contract concluded with Verdeoccasioni shall automatically terminate pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code upon written notice sent by certified email (PEC) or registered mail, should the Seller breach any obligation set out above, including where:

The product differs from the description and photographs submitted during valuation.

Hidden or undeclared defects reducing commercial value are discovered.

The Seller fails to dispatch the product within seven (7) days from signing the purchase agreement.
The Buyer shall also retain the right to seek compensation for any damages suffered.
11. Personal Data Processing
Verdeoccasioni acts as Data Controller for personal data processed in connection with the purchase and sale of used equipment.
All data processing shall comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, and subsequent amendments.
12. Jurisdiction, Applicable Law and Competent Court
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise, all disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Cuneo, Italy.
13. Amendments to these General Terms and Conditions
Verdeoccasioni may amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing updated versions on its websites.
Any modifications proposed by the User shall be null and void unless expressly approved in writing by Verdeoccasioni.
